UCG Interview Materials

Below you will find several UCG produced interviewing resources. We strongly encourage all applicants to review as many of these as possible as this preparation will only serve to benefit you during your UCG interviews. Keep in mind that given our group’s comprehensive interview process, it is rather likely that we will come away with a good sense for how much time you have actually spent preparing.

In case you would like to check out additional case interview preparatory material, we suggest reviewing this playlist which covers Victor Cheng’s case interview workshop. You can also check out Marc Consentino’s Case In Point, which reviews the management consulting interview process in great detail (you can easily find a free pdf of the book by searching for it online).

UCG Case Bootcamp

UCG Casebook Case #1: Husky Esports Corp.

This is an example consulting case created by UCG members and adapted from a previous semester-long consulting engagement UCG completed for an actual client. The case deals with the esports industry and requires the interviewee to conduct both qualitative and quantitative analysis. This is a very similar type of problem to the one you can expect to receive during your case interview should you choose to apply to UCG.
