CDP has expanded to become a 3-month experiential program designed to equip all participants with the vital skills crucial for success in both UCG-specific recruiting and navigating the competitive consulting industry recruitment processes. UCG dedicated October 2023 to crafting a versatile curriculum that caters to a diverse set of learning styles, featuring hybrid workshops and virtual module-based learning. Participants of the CDP experienced a wealth of skill development opportunities, including but not limited to casing interview math skills, market-specific business acumen, and more.
